It is 2 years since March 2020!! Remote & hybrid work are not going away. You need to continue to adapt. We can all learn a lot from a company that has been working 100% remote for years.

This has a wealth of concise guidelines for how to work effectively while remote, communicate well, and reduce costly synchronous meeting time (something close to my heart). As we all continue to adapt to hybrid/remote work this is a valuable resource.
